Booking Terms & Conditions

your reservation & responsibility

It is important that you are fully aware of the booking conditions set herein & you should contact your JustTransfers representative immediately for further clarification if required.

Bookings are made via enquiry either online at www.JustTransfers.com or by telephone. Where two or more people are included in the same booking, the person making the booking ("the lead name") shall be deemed to have done so on behalf of both or all members of the party and he or she accepts these terms and the terms and conditions of the nominated supplier on behalf of himself or herself and each member of the party.

JustTransfers will assist you in completing a reservation for a transfer service. Upon completion of a payment you will receive a confirmation in writing that includes full details of the booking and advises of arrangements to meet your vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct & advise JustTransfers immediately of any inaccuracies.

JustTransfers do not operate the vehicles or services in resort and so include in your written confirmation the emergency contact numbers of the organiser of your vehicle. You should be in possession of these important confirmation details before the first day of the service booked & you should take with you when you travel.

payment

Full payment is required prior to travel. On receipt of such payment you will be issued, by email or fax, the written confirmation with details of the persons involved in the booking and the transfers booked. This written confirmation acts as the ticket and must be presented to the supplier's representative for both the outward and return journeys at the start of your transfer.

Payments are made by credit card and are processed by the supplier of the transfer service. JustTransfers are an agent for the supplier & we will assist you in processing the payment. We will contact you to collect the credit card details & go on to finalise the payment direct with the supplier on your behalf. Credit card statements will show the name of the supplier that has made the charge. There may be a credit card fee charged by the supplier and you will be advised of this in advance. We do not charge a fee ourselves.

Payments by bank transfer or cheque are acceptable if you prefer not to provide a credit card. The payment must in this case be made direct to JustTransfers and we will organise the payment to the supplier on your behalf. Bank details are supplied on request.

cancellations & amendment

In the event you wish to cancel or amend your booking you should contact JustTransfers in writing. Payments made are non refundable & certain suppliers may levy a charge for administration of an amendment. We will endeavor to recover any losses on your behalf in the event of cancellation or amendment, which will be more successful the further from the date of travel you advise us.

our responsibility

JustTransfers at all times act as an agent for the supplier of your transfer arrangement & do not operate any vehicles ourselves. As an agent our responsibility is to assist you in completing a reservation for a transfer service direct with a reputable supplier at a reasonable & agreed price. We advise you of the supplier during the booking process & it is with this supplier that you hold a contract for your booking. The terms and conditions applicable to the contract are those of the supplier and a copy of those terms can be supplied on request.

JustTransfers use Resort Hoppa (UK) Limited as their primary supplier of transfer services. Unless otherwise stated in the booking process your contract will be with Resort Hoppa (UK) Limited and a copy of their terms can be viewed at their website www.resorthoppa.com.

liability

As agents for the nominated supplier, JustTransfers accepts no liability for the failure of the supplier to perform the contract or for any other incident in connection with the contract including injury, death or loss. Whilst all reasonable efforts will be made by the supplier, there is no guarantee that the vehicle will arrive on time in order to begin the period of hire, nor that it will reach its destination on time. We will, nevertheless, do all we reasonably can to ensure that the transfers are completed in accordance with the contract.
